These Terms of Service govern your use of Clipperteams, a SaaS platform operated by CODEARTISANS (CNPJ 47.549.323/0001-00, headquartered at Erechim/RS, CEP 99709-320, Brasil). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Clipperteams.
Clipperteams is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under their local law. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials. You must keep your account information accurate and up to date.
Clipperteams provides tools to manage and publish short-form video content to connected social platforms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels), including team review pipelines, scheduling, and analytics. We offer Free and paid plans with different limits and features. The Free plan does not include any service-level agreement. Service-level agreements (SLAs) are available only on Business and Enterprise plans, where they are explicitly stated in the plan terms.
You retain all ownership rights to the videos, thumbnails, captions, and other content you upload to Clipperteams. By uploading content, you grant Clipperteams a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, transcode, and distribute that content solely as required to operate the service on your behalf. We do not claim ownership over your content. Clipperteams is a tool, not a publisher — you are solely responsible for the legality of your content, including compliance with copyright, trademark, community guidelines of the connected platforms, and applicable law in your jurisdiction.
When you connect a social account (Google/YouTube, TikTok, Meta/Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky), you agree to be bound by the terms of service of that platform. Clipperteams acts as your delegated tool to publish on these platforms — it does not change or limit your obligations to them. To run the OAuth flow, hold the access tokens, and execute publications, Clipperteams uses Post for Me (https://www.postforme.dev) as its integration provider; by connecting an account, you also consent to the processing of your tokens and published content by that provider.
You acknowledge that connected platforms may suspend, ban, or limit your account at their sole discretion, and that outages or changes affecting Post for Me or any connected platform may impact Clipperteams's operation. Clipperteams is not responsible for platform-side or integration-provider-side actions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Clipperteams, in whole or in part, if (a) you violate these Terms, (b) a connected platform revokes your authorization due to misuse, or (c) we are required by law or competent authority to do so. We will give you reasonable notice and the opportunity to remedy violations whenever feasible. We may immediately suspend access in cases of imminent security risk, legal injunction, or fraud.
Paid plans are billed in advance in monthly or annual cycles, processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in the currency of your billing region and may include taxes where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Failed payments may lead to service suspension after a grace period defined in your plan. All payment disputes must be raised with us before involving the payment processor.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access to paid features until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the current cycle, except within 7 days of subscribing: within that window, the same screen offers a full-refund cancellation option, under the right of withdrawal granted by Brazilian consumer protection law (CDC) for distance contracts.

Clipperteams and its associated trademarks, logos, software, and documentation are the exclusive property of CODEARTISANS. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with your plan. No rights are granted by implication.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Clipperteams depends on third-party providers — notably Post for Me (social-platform integration), Stripe (billing), Cloudflare R2 (media storage), and Resend (transactional email); outages or changes affecting these providers may impact the corresponding features. Free plans carry no SLA. Business and Enterprise plans carry the SLA explicitly stated in their terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Clipperteams in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CODEARTISANS, its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes, we email registered users at least 30 days in advance. You may reject the changes by terminating your account before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes with consumer users (CDC) are subject to the venue of the consumer's domicile. Business-to-business disputes are subject to the courts of the company's registered office, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and Clipperteams regarding the service. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
